The portfolio view

The portfolio home shows every client the firm works on, one row each.

What each row shows

• Cash and runway: cash from the latest trial balance, and runway from its trend. A client whose cash is flat or growing shows as stable.
• Close progress: the balance sheet accounts signed off out of those that need it, the same count as the Close Workbench.
• The last closed month, how fresh the data is, and the next action.

Order

The most urgent clients come first: missing data, then open closes.

The Monday digest

Optionally, a Monday email summarising each client's status. It carries statuses only, never figures.
