Fynease Inc. is a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada. We operate the Fynease platform, including Fynease Automate, Fynease Intelligence, and Fynease Valuation. Our registered address is 4230 Sherwoodtowne Blvd, Suite 200, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2G6, Canada.
This Privacy Policy describes how Fynease collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the Fynease platform. By using Fynease, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We collect information you provide directly, including account registration information (name, email address, company name, billing address), payment information processed through our payment provider Stripe, and support communications.
We collect financial data you import or sync into Fynease, including trial balances, general ledger data, and chart of accounts data from QuickBooks Online or CSV imports. This data is used solely to provide the Fynease service and is never used for any other purpose.
We collect usage data including log files, session data, and feature usage information to operate and improve the service.
We use account information to provide, maintain, and improve the Fynease service, to process payments, to send service notifications, and to respond to support requests. We use financial data exclusively to perform the transformation, consolidation, and reporting functions of the Fynease service. We do not use financial data for any secondary purpose including benchmarking, research, or marketing.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.
Fynease accesses QuickBooks Online data through the Intuit API under the authorization you grant via OAuth 2.0. We access trial balance data, general ledger data, and chart of accounts data to perform the close transformation and write-back functions. We do not access payroll data, customer personal information, or any data not required to provide the Fynease service. You can revoke Fynease's access to your QuickBooks Online account at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings.
Financial data you import into Fynease is strictly isolated to your account. It is not accessible to other Fynease accounts, Fynease employees, or any third party, including any firm that integrates with or builds on the Fynease platform. There is no cross-account data sharing or benchmarking that exposes identifiable financial data.
When you activate the Fynease Valuation module for a client account, you are required to accept a Valuation Module Disclaimer before the module unlocks. At the point of acceptance, Fynease records: your user ID, name, and email address; the name of your subscribing organization; the client account in view; your subscription plan; the disclaimer version accepted; the date and time of acceptance; your browser user agent; and your IP address where available. This record is retained for the duration of your subscription and for seven years following cancellation for legal compliance purposes. Acceptance is required separately for each client account and again for any client if the disclaimer version changes.
We retain account data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days during which you may export it. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from Fynease systems. Financial data synced from QuickBooks Online is deleted from Fynease systems when you disconnect a QuickBooks Online company or cancel your account.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. You have the right to export your data at any time from within the Fynease platform. You have the right to withdraw consent for any data processing based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@fynease.com.
Fynease uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use advertising cookies.

These tools operate on the marketing website only. No session recording, behavioural tracking, or HubSpot analytics operates within the authenticated Fynease platform where your financial data is processed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Fynease after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
