Report packages and board packs

Report packages are assembled in Reports from blocks, and export to PDF and Excel.

Starting points

Starter packs for a monthly close pack, a quarterly board pack, a fiscal year review and a lender pack, and firm templates that fill with each client's data.

Blocks

• Structure: cover page, contents, section dividers and page breaks.
• Narrative: the briefing and commentary.
• Statements: income statement, balance sheet (with comparatives), cash flow, quarterly and breakdown views.
• KPIs: strips, tiles, a key metrics summary and a scorecard against targets.
• Charts and bridges: trends, comparisons, revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and price, volume and mix bridges, and exhibits.
• Detail: custom tables, aged receivables and payables, and recognition schedules.

Scope

Five settings apply to the whole pack, a section or a single block: entities, currency, horizon, comparison and lens. A block that cannot apply a setting says so on the page. Statements, key metrics, the briefing and trend charts consolidate across the group.

Commentary

Figures in commentary are placeholders bound to the pack's numbers, so they update each period, and a number typed as plain text is flagged.

Download a PDF, with numbered pages and contents, or an Excel workbook with a sheet per block.
